Shipping

Most products are available for same day shipping. Orders in by 3PM EST can typically be shipped the same day. We ship orders by UPS and Fedex.

Returns

All returns require a return authorization number. Please contact us before sending back any products.

Back Orders

Fox Industries will advise customers if the product is back ordered.

Pricing

Our pricing is typically 50%-70% off OEM prices. We occasionally experience prices increases but have worked hard to keep our prices the same over the last five years.

Sales Taxes

We do not collect sales taxes. Our products are sold for production.

Warranty

Fox Industries offers a one year warranty on new systems. We offer a six month warranty on rebuilt systems. We stand behind our products and will warrant against any manufacturers defects.
